This programme has been developed for you to test your knowledge in Asian Cookery. Each topic
has several activities or games designed to cover key aspects of the course requirements.

As you complete each section you will be able to better judge if you have reasons to
apply for exemption from all or part of the Asian Cookery course. The activities are also scored and recorded.

If you feel confident that you have proven your knowledge, apply for further assessment directly
to The Malka Group. Practical exercises will also be used to assess your RPL.
