How to apply

The Malka Group Pty Ltd strongly recommends that International students apply through one of our accredited student recruitment agents. This will assist you in the preparation of all application documents and ensure that you are well counselled on the Australian Government’s Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirements for International students. The Malka Group Pty Ltd offers a large range of qualifications in the Vocational and Education sector.

Identifying the course you wish to pursue is the first step in applying for a nationally recognised qualification at TMG College.

You can start this by searching for courses or find a course you are interested in from an industry.

Students may apply directly to TMG College Australia or through an accredited agent. To find your local TMG College accredited agent, please use the Agent List.

Before completing the Application Form you should ensure that you fully understand our Terms and Conditions of Enrolment and the Fee Payment and Refund Procedures. These can be found at the back of our 2017 International Course Guide.

You must attach to your application certified copies of your academic results including your English language assessment.

You are required to confirm and consent to important items at the end of the Application Form – under the heading “Declaration”. Please read them carefully before you sign the Application Form.

TMG College warmly welcomes International students. In order for us to process your application without
delay can you please make sure that you have:
  • Completed all sections of the application form
  • Certified copy of your passport
  • Certified copies of your academic qualifications
  • Evidence of English language proficiency.
  • Copy of your visa and/or previous CoEs (if applicable)
  • Statement of Purpose (if applicable)
  • AUD$250 non-refundable application fee
*Documents in a different language must be accompanied by Official English translations.
**Further documents may be requested upon assessment of the application. Please refer to checklist included in the Application Form
Applications will only be considered when they are accompanied by an Application Fee of A$250 plus GST.

Applicants who are applying through accredited agents are exempt from paying this application fee.

Upon receipt of your application TMG College Australia will notify you whether you have been accepted.

If you are NOT accepted, your application fee will be refunded.

If you are accepted, we will forward you a Letter of Offer and the Fee Schedule. The Fee Schedule will highlight the payment required to accept your offer.

On receipt of your required payment as specified in the Fee Schedule, we will forward you an official Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) which will allow you to apply at Australian Embassies and Consulates abroad for a student visa to enter Australia.
