About this Qualification
The Diploma of Childrens Services relates to workers who are responsible for developing and evaluating childrens services programs. Workers at this level have responsibility for the supervision of other staff and volunteers, and in most Australian states it is the highest qualification required at director or service manager level.
We offer training with the most up to date information incorporating the new Early Years Learning Framework that is guiding the way programming and planning is developing and moving ahead and also the new National Quality Framework that has brought about long awaited changes to the professionalism of the industry with minimum qualifications being a requirement for intended early childhood educators. Our training will keep you ahead of the recent exciting changes in the Children’s Services Industry.
What you will Learn
This course will give you the skills and knowledge to design and implement engaging programs for infants, pre-schoolers and school-age children. Learn all about childrens’ social, emotional and psychological development, planning care routines and handle all aspects of administration in a childcare environment. You will also learn how to provide children with a safe and healthy environment and work with children who have additional needs.

To gain entry into CHC50908 Diploma of Children’s Services (Early childhood education and care) candidates must demonstrate competence through a recognised training program or recognition process, in the following units of competency:
