About this Qualification

The combined Certificate II in Hospitality & Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations) provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in a range of activities and functions requiring basic operational knowledge and practical skills. Work would be undertaken in various hospitality settings, such as restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops.

ARE YOU ELIGIBLE?
A satisfactory completion of an appropriate Victorian Year 10 or its equivalent; or being at least 16 years of age is a requirement for entry into this qualification.
