Program Overview

For Students who want to:

  • Improve and develop Academic English Language proficiency.
  • Meet the English Language requirements for entry into undergraduate or postgraduate programs (that require IELTS 6.5 for entry), or progress into TMG College Australia’s EAP 3 program.
  • Learn to operate effectively in an Australian academic setting, with topics including study techniques, and expectations of Student to Higher Education relations.
  • Develop your academic writing skills so you can produce quality essays and reports
  • Gather practical skills such as note-taking strategies and how to reference
  • Learn how to conduct academic research through the library and on the internet
  • Build your confidence speaking in an academic setting and giving presentations
  • Be better prepared to achieve academic success in further studies

Program Details

  • Entry Requirements

    Requirements for entry into the EAP 2 program is an IELTS score of 5.0, TMG College Australia Placement Test, or successful completion of General English Intermediate Level*.

    Students must be 18 years or older

    * At the discretion of the Academic Manager.

  • Duration

    20 hours per week.

    10 weeks.

  • Fees

    $380 per week.

    Overseas Health Care Cover (OSHC) fees applicable for Student Visa holders only.

    Subject to class & level availability.
