The purpose of this qualification is preparation for participation in further English language study or vocational training which may include English language support, or employment.

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. Applicants will be required to successfully complete an ACSF language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) assessment.
Learning, reading, writing, oral communication and numeracy (ACSF Level 1+) are desirable to participate in the course.
