Program Overview

The qualification SHB30516- Certificate III in Barbering involves theory and practical work which will develop your skills in barbering services and in working as a team within a barbering environment. Such skills may include communicating in the workplace, consulting with clients, selling products and services, and designing and applying a broad range of technical barbering services on clients. After finishing the Certificate III in Barbering qualification, you will be a qualified barber with a range of well-developed skills.

Requirements

Entry Requirements

Students must satisfy the following Age, English
and Academic requirements:

  • Age: must be 18 years or over
  • English Proficiency Level: an IELTS Band 5.5 or equivalent OR undertake an English language test at TMG.
  • Academic: Successful completion of Year 12 or its equivalent.
