BSBADM407 – Administer projects
BSBCUS401 – Coordinate implementation of customer service strategies
BSBCUS402 – Address customer needs
BSBFIA401 – Prepare financial reports
BSBFIA402 – Report on financial activity
BSBINM401 – Implement workplace information system
BSBITU401 – Design and develop complex text documents
BSBITU402 – Develop and use complex spreadsheets
BSBREL401 – Establish networks
BSBWRT401 – Write complex documents
Credit Transfer and RPL offered for the eligible learners.
There are no entry requirements for this qualification. Applicant will be required to successfully complete an ACSF language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) assessment.
Learning (ACSF Level 4), reading (ACSF Level 4), writing (ACSF Level 4), oral communication (ACSF Level 4) and numeracy (ACSF Level 4) are desirable to participate in the course.
After achieving the BSB40515 Certificate IV in Business Administration, candidates may undertake the BSB50415 Diploma in Business Administration
