The BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management requires 12 units of competency:
BSBLDR401 – Communicate effectively as a workplace leader
BSBLDR402 – Lead effective workplace relationships
BSBLDR403 – Lead team effectiveness
BSBMGT402 – Implement operational plan
BSBFIA402 – Report on financial activity
BSBREL402 – Build client relationships and business networks
BSBWHS401 – Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures and programs to meet legislative requirements
BSBWOR404 – Develop work priorities
BSBMGT407 – Apply digital solutions to work processes
BSBPMG522 – Undertake project work
BSBRSK401 – Identify risk and apply risk management processes
BSBCRT401 – Articulate, present and debate ideas
Students must satisfy the following Age, English
and Academic requirements:
- Age: must be 18 years or over
- English Proficiency Level: an IELTS Band 5.5 or equivalent OR undertake an English language test at TMG.
- Academic: Successful completion of Year 12 or its equivalent.
The further study pathways available to learners who undertake this qualification include:
- BSB51915 Diploma of Management or other Diploma qualifications
