    CHCCCS004 – Assess co-existing needs
    CHCCSM004 – Coordinate complex case requirements

    CHCAOD004 -Assess needs of client with alcohol and other drugs issues

  • Entry Requirements

    Intended overseas students must satisfy the following requirements: 

    • Age: Must be 18 years or over  
    • English proficiency level: An IELTS Band 5.5 or equivalent OR undertake a TMG College Australia English language test  
    • The ability to obtain a Police Check - Police Check required for Industry Work Placement 
    • Successful completion of Year 12 or its equivalent

     

    Students are required to undertake a Language Literacy and Numeracy Assessment. These will assist with identification of any support needs.

  • Work Placement

    As part of this course, students will also be required to gain a minimum of 240 hours of work experience in a regulated community services environment.

    Students must have a Police Check prior to the commencement of their work placement.

  • Duration

    Traineeship:  Estimated duration 156 Weeks 

    Non-Traineeship: Estimated duration 104 Weeks 

  • Delivery Mode

    MG College Australia Provides the following delivery options: 

    Face to face training 

    In person Classroom Based training delivered at TMG College Australia sites. Face to Face delivery includes both theory and practical activities which are supported by Structured Work Placement.

    Structured Work Placement 

    As part of this course, Students will be required to undertake a minimum 240 Hours Practical Placement in Community Service Delivery Setting.  

    Offsite training 

    TMG College Australia can deliver training and undertake assessments using facilities at a Students Workplace, or in a mobile manner (e.g. delivery at a regional/remote location for a specific period or for a specific training course).  

    Mixed mode training 

    A combination of various delivery modes. Also known as "Mixed Delivery" or "Blended Learning". This includes Online, Face to Face and Workplace Based.

  • Pathways

    On successful completion of this qualification learners will have the knowledge and skills required to progress through to Advanced Diploma in Community Services.
