The building professional may also be the appropriately licensed person with responsibility under the relevant building licensing authority in the state or territory. Throughout the course you will learn the professional skills and knowledge required for the management, supervision and administration of residential, industrial and commercial building projects. With many comprehensive building elements will be incorporated into project based learning, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical and research skills in an environment of self-paced learning, which includes study tours and site visits.

Students must satisfy the following Age, English and Academic requirements:
- Age: must be 18 years or over
- English Proficiency Level: an IELTS Band 5.5 or equivalent OR undertake a TMG English language test.
- Academic: Successful completion of Year 12 or its equivalent.
- As part of this course, students will also be required to gain a minimum of 80 hours of work experience in a regulated Building and Construction environment.
