This qualification is designed to reflect job roles in the superannuation industry and may involve providing leadership, guidance and responsibility for the superannuation work outcomes of others.

Units of Competency
The FNS50715 Diploma of Superannuation requires 12 units of competency:
FNSINC401 -Apply principles of professional practice to work in the financial services industry
FNSINC402 -Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services used by an organisation or sector
FNSASICU503* – Provide advice in superannuation
FNSIAD501 – Provide appropriate services, advice and products to clients
FNSCUS505 – Determine client requirements and expectations
FNSCUS506 – Record and implement client instructions
FNSINC501 – Conduct product research to support recommendations
FNSSUP503 -Develop client relationships with employers and establish superannuation systems
FNSSUP504 -Provide advanced customer service to superannuation clients
FNSSUP505 -Produce reports for superannuation
FNSSUP506 -Supervise and monitor operational guidelines in a superannuation organisation
BSBWOR501 -Manage personal work priorities and professional development
• The units that are highlighted have pre-requisite units to be completed prior to commencing it.
• Credit Transfer and RPL offered: Recognition of prior learning and skills assessment
There are no entry requirements for this qualification. Applicant will be required to successfully complete an ACSF language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) assessment.
Learning, reading, writing, oral communication and numeracy (ACSF Level 4) are desirable to participate in the course.
Pathways for candidates entering this qualification include: FNS40915 Certificate IV in Superannuation
A further learning pathway utilising qualifications such as FNS60510 Advanced Diploma of Superannuation would support career progression.
