TAEASS504 – Develop and implement recognition strategies
TAEICR501 – Work in partnership with industry, enterprises and community groups
TAEASS503 – Lead assessment validation processes
TAEDEL501 – Facilitate e-learning

Preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include:
After achieving the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment andvocational experience in training and assessment roles within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or similar organisation where the focus has been on competency based training,
after achieving another relevant qualification and vocational experience in training and assessment roles within an RTO or similar organisation where the focus has been on competency based training and assessment,
after demonstrating extensive vocational experience in training and assessment roles within am RTO or similar organisation where the focus has been on competency based training and assessment.
Recently completed the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
This course is open to learners who meet the following
- Currently employed in an RTO
- Working as contractor with an RTO who is willing to support you in your diploma by providing:
- Access to policies and procedures
- Attendance at meetings
- Access to a senior person for discussion of improvement opportunities
- Access to a computer and internet connection
Applicants will be required to complete an ACFS language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) assessment.
Learning, reading, writing, oral communication (ACSF Level 4) and numeracy (ACSF Level 3) are desirable to participate in the course.
Those completing this qualification could consider higher qualifications in this Training Package, the Training Package area of their vocational competence, or in the higher education sector.
