Learn to create free-pouring shapes and patterns such as the heart, rosetta and tulip, as well as common etching patterns such as the star, butterfly and spirals. Further your knowledge of milk texturing techniques to create quality levels of foam ideal for different types of coffees. This is a hands-on two hour course meaning you will learn to create a range of patterns by practising with unlimited milk and coffee beans on our commercial machines.
Past experience as a barista is integral to being successful in this course. Classes are limited to a maximum of 6 people to ensure maximum participation.
It is recommended that students first complete our Barista Basics course if you have little experience.
On completion of this course you will receive a Certificate of Achievement
