Building the skills capacity of your business
Employing an Apprentice or Trainee is an effective way to meet the current skill demands of your business and improve productivity, performance and customer service. Apprenticeships / Traineeships can be full-time or part-time; they must be permanent employees.
TMG College Australia's qualifications are developed in consultation with industry, and assessment is based on an Employee demonstrating the skill required in your workplace.
Each Apprentice or Trainee must undertake formal training during their work time. This can be at your workplace, with training customised to your specific business needs.
Often your Apprentice will receive additional government support to complete their training, making an Apprenticeship or Traineeship a cost-effective way of ensuring your staff have current workplace relevant skills to grow your business.
